GRADE-WISE

Grade 5 & 6 (Girls)

Meet and Greet will be conducted on April 1st. Welcoming the students to the Senior School.

Grade 6 (Girls)

Thematic Assembly titled ‘World Health Day’ will be held on April 7th. Through this assembly, School Doctor will address our students. It aim is to educate them about the importance of healthy lifestyle.

Grade 5 & 6 (Boys)

Thematic Assembly with the theme titled ‘World Health Day’ will be held on April 7th. Students will speak about the importance of the theme. They will demonstrate through a skit the importance of healthy food habits and health issues. It will help to raise awareness towards health issues and healthy habits.

Grade 7 & 8 (Boys)

World Health Day will be celebrated on April 7th. Science teachers will conduct an activity within classroom. It will help to raise awareness among students towards a healthy living.

Service Day (visit to Junior School to help teachers to settle KG 1 students) will be held on April 11th. On this day, students will help the teachers of KG1 to handle their first day with the new batch of students. It aims to inculcate the values of service to society among them.

Special Assembly with the theme titled ‘Tolerance’ will be conducted on April 15th. During this assembly, students will enact and show a presentation on the topic. It aims to instill the value and importance of tolerance among them.

Grade 9 & 10 (Girls)

Welcome Assembly will be conducted on April 3rd. The purpose of this assembly is to welcome the new batch of Grade 9 and the newly admitted students.

Orientation Program for Parents will be held during this month (date to be announced). This program will help in shedding light on the syllabus and assessment framework. It will create awareness among parents of the Co -Scholastic opportunities provided by the school and the school policies.

Grade 11 & 12 (Girls)

Orientation for students will be conducted in the second week of April.

COUNSELLING CENTRE

Student Talks on the topics ‘Time Management’ and ‘Self-Esteem’ will be conducted on April 7th & 14th for grade 5 & 6 respectively. The objective of these talks for grade 5 students is to help them understand the changes & challenges of their age and for grade 6 students to understand & be aware of the levels of self-esteem.

A Student Talk on the topic ‘Get Set Goal’ will be conducted on April 8th for grade 8 girls & boys. This talk will help students identify and set smart goals.

Orientation for newly recruited teachers will be held on April 15th. This talk aim to orient newly recruited teachers about Counselling and Career Services offered to students.

CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

CPD Program on E-Learning – “Destination Success” and “Use of Interactive White Boards” will be conducted from April 7th till 15th for teachers respectively. This program will help teachers to understand all collaborative tools needed. It will also help to determine their level and effectiveness in using the interactive white boards.
